Shipping & Returns

We hope you love your Dearly So pieces! We also want you to be treated like family – if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you are more than welcome to initiate a return or an exchange made within 15 days of the ship date.

All items must be new, unwashed, unworn, in original packaging with original tags attached.

Dearly So offers FREE return labels for store credit returns. Otherwise, there is a fee of $5.00 for return shipping – this cost will be deducted from your refund. If your order is eligible for return based on the criteria listed above, that refund will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Please allow for 1-2 business days for order processing- and know that we’re packaging your order with absolute care. Allow 3-5 business days for shipping, with the possibility of an additional 1-2 business days during peak delivery times. We’re so excited for you to receive your Dearly So items!

Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed for the same item in a different size or color (if applicable). Exchange requests must be processed within the same 15-day time window.  

Cancellations:

Due to our quick processing times, any orders cannot be canceled, changed or modified after checkout. 

Please note: All FINAL SALE items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Defective items on receipt:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer care team, guestservices@dearlyso.com, within 72 hours of receipt and we will be happy to help. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed.
